Studio Information and Class Times

Guidlines and info.

Tuition
Tuition is based on a 10 month class year, broken down into 10 monthly payments. Each month the tuition is the same no matter how many weeks are in each month. There are no refunds given for missed classes due to bad weather or student absences. All absences can be made up. Tuition is due by the first class of every month. Tuition is non-refundable.
*If a payment is received after the 1st week of classes, there will be a late charge of $5.00.
* Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 service fee
*Dance Experience excepts cash and checks only!
*Family discounts are given for 2 or more dancers

Dance Attire
Dancers must wear appropriate dance clothes to class. Leotards and tights are strongly encouraged. Jazz pants, ballet skirts and Capri pants may also be worn. Dancers 2 1/2-8 are preferred to wear black or pink leotards with black, pink, or tan tights. All dancers must have the appropriate shoes. Pink ballets, black tap shoes and black jazz shoes are required at Dance Experience.  Hair must be pulled back and away from their face.

Watch Week
Please look to handout given at the front desk for watch weeks.
Watch Week is a time to see your child's progress and also the interaction of the teacher and your child. When attending watch week please limit the number of guests to one per family. No videotaping is allowed during watch week.

Studio Closings In the event of bad weather please call the studio and listen to the recording.
If Wentzville School District is closed due to weather, so is the studio.

The studio will be closed on the following dates:

October 31                      Halloween

November 25-27              Thanksgiving Break
December21-January3      Winter Break
March 22-26                    Spring Break
May 31                           Memorial Day

Absences/Make-up classes
All classes can be made up. Please check at the front desk for available times. Classes need to be made up within 4 weeks of the absence. Tuition will not be refunded or discounted due to absences. You can not make up a class during watch week.
