Miss Kristin founded Dance Experience in 2007, and since then, has grown her studio and established The Dance Experience Dance Company in 2014. As an entrepreneur she is constantly looking for new ways to improved embellish her studio with true dance experiences and opportunities for all of her students. As artistic director, she has found ways to bring her visions for her students to life. Through exceptional note-worthy guests artists and professional staff and faculty with extraordinary experience, she has expanded her studio's classes offerings, started summer intensives, opened new performance opportunities (including The DE Dance Company,"The Nutcracker," and Spring Production), and has developed a rounded and customizable dance experience for all her students, which all make her studio unlike any others.

In 2014, it was her vision to produce "A Nutcracker," where the students can have opportunities to play various roles, learn new and challenging choreography, learn about a production, and be able to give back to the community in a meaningful ways. She produces a production that gives back to the community, and every year supports a local St. Louis Charity Organization called "Friends of Kids with Cancer." With every year, her production is growing and changing to become one of the best holiday family experiences in the area.

Professionally, Miss Kristin carries with her years of experience in teaching, competitions, and choreography. She has an extensive background of training in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, poms and musical theater. Before opening the studio, Kristin studied at the University of Missouri- St. Louis, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Education. For three years, she was an educator in the Wentzville School District. After being an educator, she made a decision to pursue her true dream of opening a studio of her own.

It is with the constant loving support from her family that she was able to turn her dreams into a reality. Today, she is proud of Dance Experience, the faculty, the students, and all the families and friends that make the studio such a success.
