THE TEACHING APPRENTICESHIP
PROGRAM
Dance Experience Performing Arts Studio, LLC offers an Apprenticeship Program for novice dance instructors. They are new teachers & advance students in training who will assist, teach, and substitute for our classes alongside a professional faculty member as their mentor. They will also choreograph, participate in shows, and assist with the front desk. Their goal is to learn more about dance teaching methods and how to apply them with certain age groups, all while gaining the real hands-on experience in the classroom.

Miss Maddie began studying ballet, tap, modern, and jazz as a little girl in 2007 at Dance Experience Dance Studio. Later, she discovered that she excelled in stylized dance; such as musical theatre and hip hop/poms.
As an alumni of Dance Experience, Miss Maddie was a member of their competition team from 2011-2014 as well as an original senior company member of the Dance Experience Dance Company from 2014-2016. Her performance credits include those with the Dance Experience Dance Company: National Dance Week (2014, 2015), The Nutcracker (2014-2018), and Production (2011-2016).

After graduating from high school, Miss Maddie continued to be a part of the studio by being an Apprentice Teacher before becoming an official Instructor. She is currently working full time and studying Dentistry to become a dental hygienist, and is proud to continue to be a part of the DE family.
